These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by Spark Otter Games on Google Play (the "Games") and the website sparkotter.com. By downloading or playing our Games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Games on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Games; use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software; interfere with the Games' servers or other players; or use the Games for any unlawful purpose.
3. Virtual items and purchases
The Games may offer virtual currency or items for real money through Google Play Billing. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you rather than sold. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service; refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
4. Advertising
If a Game shows advertisements provided by third parties in the future, we are not responsible for the content of those ads or the websites they link to.
5. Intellectual property
The Games, including all characters, artwork, music, code and the Spark Otter Games name and logo, are owned by Spark Otter Games or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Games or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to continue playing.
7. Disclaimer
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Otter Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Spark Otter Games tarafından Google Play'de yayınlanan mobil oyunların ("Oyunlar") ve sparkotter.com web sitesinin kullanımını düzenler. Oyunlarımızı indirerek veya oynayarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Oyunları kullanmayın.
1. Lisans
Size, Oyunları sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla indirip oynamanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Oyunları kopyalamamayı, değiştirmemeyi, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı veya yeniden dağıtmamayı; hile, bot, açık veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf yazılımlar kullanmamayı; Oyunların sunucularına veya diğer oyunculara müdahale etmemeyi ve Oyunları hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
3. Sanal öğeler ve satın almalar
Oyunlar, Google Play Faturalandırma aracılığıyla gerçek para karşılığında sanal para veya öğeler sunabilir. Sanal öğelerin gerçek dünyada parasal değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Tüm satın almalar Google Play tarafından işlenir ve Google Play Hizmet Şartları'na tabidir; iade talepleri Google Play iade politikası ve yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatına göre değerlendirilir.
4. Reklamlar
Bir Oyun ileride üçüncü taraflarca sağlanan reklamlar gösterirse, bu reklamların içeriğinden veya yönlendirdikleri sitelerden sorumlu değiliz.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Tüm karakterler, görseller, müzikler, kodlar ile Spark Otter Games adı ve logosu dahil olmak üzere Oyunlar, Spark Otter Games'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur.
6. Güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik
Oyunları veya herhangi bir özelliği dilediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Oynamaya devam etmek için bazı güncellemeler gerekli olabilir.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Oyunlar, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Spark Otter Games, Oyunların kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu Koşullar, tüketici olarak yasayla sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.
9. Gizlilik
Oyunları kullanımınız ayrıca Gizlilik Politikamıza tabidir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Oyunları kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
